This Young Adult Group Pitch is for organised, respectful groups of 16–20 year olds only.

Pitch type: Young Adult Group Pitch, 10 metres x 10 metres.

Group size: Maximum 20 people.

Minimum booking: 4 adults.

Age limits: Adults are classed as 16–20 years old; no children are allowed on this pitch.

Pricing: Pitch price £25 per night plus £20 per person per night.

Vehicles: £10 per car (specify per night or per stay as you prefer).

Availability: Not available for arrivals or stays on Fridays and Saturdays unless agreed in advance by special arrangement; these nights will normally show as unavailable in the calendar.

Responsible adult and conduct
The responsible adult is the person in whose name the booking is made.

The responsible adult must be aged 25 or over, provide a mobile phone number, and be contactable at all times.

The responsible adult is fully responsible for ensuring the group complies with all camping conditions and site rules.

The responsible adult is liable for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance caused by any member of the group, and agrees to pay any related charges.

Behaviour and restrictions
No stag parties, hen parties, or similar party-style events are permitted.

No unlawful activities of any kind; illegal behaviour will result in immediate removal from site with no refund.

Quiet time is strictly from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am: no amplified music, shouting, parties, or disruptive behaviour during these hours.

Music must be kept low at all times and turned off completely by 10:00 pm.

No drugs, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), or similar substances are allowed on site.

Alcohol may only be consumed where legally permitted and must be used responsibly.

Site rules and enforcement
All group members must follow site rules, respect neighbouring campers and local residents, and keep noise and behaviour reasonable at all times.

Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits or as expressly permitted by site staff; all fire safety instructions must be followed. 

Any vandalism, littering, damage to property, or tampering with safety equipment will be charged to the booking and may be reported to the authorities. 

Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas and not driven around the site unnecessarily, especially during quiet hours.

The site reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any group that appears intoxicated, aggressive, non-compliant with these conditions, or likely to cause disturbance; no refund will be given in such cases.

Valid ID must be produced on request to confirm ages.

By making a booking on this pitch, the responsible adult confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions on behalf of the whole group and agrees to ensure full compliance throughout the stay.
